Common questions

How do I reset my password or sign in?

Lingom supports sign-in with email, Google, and Telegram. Use the same method you used when creating your account. If you signed up with email, request a magic login link from the sign-in screen.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you purchased premium features and they are not showing, try signing out and back in with the same account you used for the purchase. If the issue persists, contact us with your purchase receipt.

How do I report a bug?

Send us an email describing what happened, what you expected, and your device model and app version. We appreciate your feedback and use it to improve Lingom.
